Mimesis is born from the desire to portray a non-place, a space of transience, where we remain anonymous and devoid of identity. It stems from the wish to give importance to such a space, in this case a subway station, by turning it into the stage for a dance that seeks to fill it. It is the union of dance with the urban space: the mimesis of a new soul with the beauty of an everyday environment, now turned into a stage.
